Welcome to Quant Algos AI ("QAi", "we", "us", or "our"). QAi is an AI-powered Discord bot and the community, tools, and content operated under the Quant Algos AI brand. By adding QAi to a Discord server, using its commands, mentioning or messaging the bot, or accessing our community and website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, discontinue use and remove the bot.
QAi is an educational trading-analysis assistant that runs inside Discord. It provides:
/c5, /c15, /c60, /cd, /cw, /cm);/analyze, /sr, /fib, /rsi, /mtf), including analysis of chart screenshots you share (vision);/options, /greeks), GEX/DEX gamma and delta exposure heatmaps, options-flow and net-flow alerts;@QAi or sending it a direct message.Features, commands, coverage, and availability may change, expand, or be discontinued at any time.
NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE. Everything QAi produces is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing from QAi — no chart, AI read, heatmap, alert, or message — is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, an offer or solicitation, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, option, or other instrument. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, and you should consult a licensed professional before trading. We are not registered investment advisers or broker-dealers.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use QAi. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with the laws that apply to you.
You agree not to: (a) use QAi for any unlawful purpose or any form of market manipulation; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract the bot's source code, prompts, or models; (c) resell, redistribute, or sublicense access without our written permission; (d) use automated tooling to abuse rate limits or overload the service; (e) misrepresent QAi's output as professional or personalized financial advice to others; or (f) attempt to disrupt, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure.
Some features are free within our Discord community; premium tiers (such as the QAi Bot and Premium Alerts plans) are paid subscriptions. Paid memberships are sold and processed through our third-party platform, Whop, and are subject to Whop's terms and payment policies. Any free-trial length, price, and included features are those shown at the point of sale and may change with reasonable notice. We do not collect or store your card or banking details — payment is handled entirely by Whop and its payment processors. Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time through Whop; access continues until the end of the paid period.
QAi relies on third-party AI models — including Anthropic's Claude and models served via Groq — to generate analysis and responses. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and may misinterpret charts or data. Market data may be delayed and is not guaranteed. Do not rely on QAi as your sole source of information, and independently verify anything you act on.
QAi operates on and depends on services we do not control, including Discord (the platform QAi runs on), Whop (membership and billing), Anthropic and Groq (AI processing), and market-data providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or conduct.
We work to keep QAi accurate and available but do not guarantee uptime, timeliness, or the accuracy or completeness of any data or output. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or third-party outages. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, errors, or delayed or inaccurate data.
QAi's branding, strategies, prompts, code, and content are owned by Quant Algos AI and its creators and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our prior written consent.
QAi is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quant Algos AI and its creators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading or investment losses, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use QAi. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or CAD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quant Algos AI and its creators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of QAi or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to QAi at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination your right to use the service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and intellectual property) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date on this page. Your continued use of QAi after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada for any dispute not otherwise subject to binding resolution.
